CrossFit Live Oak classes begin with a 10-15 minute warm up including active mobility work, dynamic stretching, and low-intensity cardio.  The bulk of this 60-minute class is a strength | skill component & THE WOD or “Workout of the Day”. 


 

We are here to help you set, work towards, and reach your goals! Whether your a current member looking for extra guidance on pesky new skills or a complete newbie to CrossFit Live Oak, you can utilize our personal training. This 60-minute class offers high intensity functional training without the use of a barbell. We focus on cardiovascular conditioning through running, rowing, dumbbell and bodyweight exercises. Classes end with 10-15 minutes of mobility and stretching work to ensure proper recovery. This full body workout will be sure to make you sweat!


 

Offered Every Saturday at 10:15a and is specifically designed to improve mobility and flexibility, which are essential to success in your workouts and life. The teacher is a member of CrossFit Live Oak and understands the specific needs of a CrossFit athlete.
